¡Cheers! A few years ago, it was thought that tequila and mezcal were the only emblematic drinks of Mexico, now other Mexican distillates are coming from the illegality to the excellency. Sotol, Bacanora and Raicilla appeared as spirits in different areas of Mexico around the XVI century, and now all they are considered premium spirits with origin denomination, allowing us to learn about hundreds of years of traditions.

Sotol, Bacanora and Raicilla are the 3 Mexican distillates full of history and flavor on which the eyes of the world are set. A few years ago, its elaboration was prohibited, now they are known for their unique taste, forged by years of secrecy, persecution and courage.

Sotol, the quintessential beverage of northern Mexico, is the only Mexican distillate that is not made with agave, and therefore very different. Sotol Pizcadores is handcrafted with wild plants of more than 15 years, which allows you to feel its rebellious and intense spirit.

Raicilla, hidden in the Sierra de Jalisco, has remained in the shadow of Tequila for many years. With the rescue of its artisanal manufacturing, Raicilla Pizcadores is made with spring water, as well as with wild Maximilian agave, giving it its unique freshness and flavor.
